Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a deeply immersive ancient practice that intentionally uses sacred instruments and voice,  inducing a state of ease and harmony in the body. The power of sound vibration provides cellular reconfiguration and promotes deep relaxation and restoration.

Helping Spirits
A Shamanic Journey

Tuesdays at 7:30p

Access to the Spirit Realms is available to you here and now. The Shamanic Journey is an ancient technique imparted to us by Medicine Men and Women, or Shaman, that allows us access to non ordinary reality through transcendental meditation utilizing Shamanic Drumming. Learn about traditions of the 3 worlds in Non-ordinary reality, how this technique has been a foundation for a number of cultures over hundreds of years, and take your own guided journey to connect with a helping spirit.

Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Meditation

Wednesdays at 7pm

Enjoy the tranquility of candlelight as we move through long restorative poses and open ourselves to deeper levels of stillness.  Meet yourself in serenity and peace as we conclude this class with meditation.
