Cancellation Policy
Booking Services - It is recommended that all services be requested 24 hours in advance. When requesting an service appointment (Reiki, Intuitive Counsel, Sauna, Readings, etc.) a facilitator will contact you confirming the appointment request. Classes - It is recommended that all classes be booked 2 hours in advance. If it’s within the 2 hours you must call (309)664-6000 to sign up over the phone. To get a credit back to your account classes must be cancelled before 2 hours of the start time. Thank you for respecting your instructors time.
